I usually go to the Palmetto Superfoods in SF. Been a patron for many years now. Was excited about Berkeley opening one, but I'm disappointed that they didn't even fill up the bowl. I've never had it where it didn't even reach the fill line before. It's pretty expensive to do the 24oz. I hope this isn't a trend for this store.

My Build Your Own BOWL was nearly entirely frozen when I received it. The base was bland and so hard that I could eat it, and all that saved the bowl were the toppings. My partner had the same issues with his acai bowl.
