12oz cups Fits in a ten ounce bottle ,Tea is very clear with a hint of yellow, Advertisement shows well brewed tea ,and typically it is dark , if you want to buy expensive water be my guest , I typically order teas weekly this has been an ongoing issue for two weeks and they got a new percolator , The most recent manager left two weeks ago & the current crew just doesn't get the recipe right !!!

I'd give 5 stars for quality, usually this place is great, I order from here a lot but they don't allow you to select the button to add syrup so you have to contact them or the dasher to request it and this time it wasn't added to the drinks making them strong to taste

energy white tea was very bitter even after adding a shot of mango and agave. I tasted absolutely no pineapple flavor either.

ItAnd these were not 12 oz these were 10 oz. was like water it taste rreally bad.
