Pancho's actually catered to our staff appreciation week this week and I fell in love with the food. I had to go back and get dinner this week for my family and I must say, did not disappoint. So flavorful, nice portions, amazing staff, and great location.

All items were packaged well and nicely plated. The flavors of each dish were average. Nothing exciting or standout. The asada in the Breakfast Burrito was tender but had no flavor, and there was very little asada. The Fish Taco Plate was decent; rice was bland. The garlic cream sauce to top was very tasty and the saving grace for the tacos. The Pickled Carrots and Jalapeños, with Limes and radishes was the best tasting of all items ordered! It tastes fresh like it's made in-house, not canned.

I ordered the crispy taco plate with 1 chicken, 1 carnitas, rice & beans. The restaurant did not pack any utensils so eating the rice & beans was challenging. The meat on the tacos was dry and hard to swallow. The iced tea did help wash it down. The serving sizes of the rice and the beans could be smaller and still be satisfying. But overall I found the tacos were dry and hard to eat, the meat was too overcooked to be flavorful, and it just was not a very good meal. I do not recommend.

I loved the food, great Regular Taco Plate as always. 4 Oz Guacamole is a bit pricey for the amount, but it's super tasty. My only complaint is that the 32 Oz Fountain Drink diet coke tasted off and I didn't drink it.
