We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken breast or skirt steaks served with sauteed onions, bell peppers and garnished with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, corn or flour tortilla with refried beans and Mexican rice.

A flour tortilla filled with cheese, beans and your choice from the list below, then deep-fried to a golden brown and topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice and beans.
