Super Nachos are always solid and so worth the money. Chips & Queso is delicious but pretty spicy so be aware. Chips & Salsa is so fresh and flavorful. Love love the Cream churro, perfect way to end the meal.

Delicious and full of meat, the Quesabirria tacos are awesome. Make sure you're hungry, because after the 3rd taco you may need to take a nap.

Good GRACIOUS... I used to order at the Pancho's in Independence and it was always wonderful, then I move to Lawrence and not only do they have Pancho's, it's utterly incredible. Not a single thing was left to be desired from my usual chips & Salsa + Quesabirria order, all of it was delicious, hot, and there was more than enough for me to eat, and for such a great price... I'd eat here every day if my stomach wouldn't disagree. Cannot recommend them enough.

everything was AMAZING, late closing hours was a life saver for us !! the Caramel Churro and Strawberry churro was peak perfection. WILL absolutely order from here again when we have time, also thank you so much to our dasher and the cooks <3 :)

excellent food, good-sized portions, so a good value for the money. l almost always get lunch plus my dinner out of my purchase plus, they are fast for delivery.
