• 11/12/24Super Nachos are always solid and so worth the money. Chips & Queso is delicious but pretty spicy so be aware. Chips & Salsa is so fresh and flavorful. Love love the Cream churro, perfect way to end the meal.

• 11/24/25Good GRACIOUS... I used to order at the Pancho's in Independence and it was always wonderful, then I move to Lawrence and not only do they have Pancho's, it's utterly incredible. Not a single thing was left to be desired from my usual chips & Salsa + Quesabirria order, all of it was delicious, hot, and there was more than enough for me to eat, and for such a great price... I'd eat here every day if my stomach wouldn't disagree. Cannot recommend them enough.

• 9/5/26You just can't go wrong with panchos bro. I'm sad? Panchos. I'm happy. Panchos. Hungover? Panchos has got you covered. I spend a total of around $20 for about 3days worth of food. They give you hella portions. The burritos are like a foot n a half long. Genuinely the best restaurant in LFK that I've been to money-to-food ratio wise. And the food tastes amazing every single time too. I cannot stress how much I love this place

• 5/26/24everything was AMAZING, late closing hours was a life saver for us !! the Caramel Churro and Strawberry churro was peak perfection. WILL absolutely order from here again when we have time, also thank you so much to our dasher and the cooks <3 :)
