I had my first order stolen, not only was Panera amazing and sent extra goodies in the order(that they did not have to do!), but door dash customer service was amazing and so quick to get my refund. I have always loved this Panera Bread restaurant, and every time they have made my family's experience amazing. Thank you!

$8 smoothies mostly ice chips and barely blended. $13 sandwich sloppy with condiments and soggy, barely any meat on them. You can't charge these prices for sandwiches and smoothies and deliver at this quality. Pretty gross.

The chipotle Chicken Avo Melt has changed not for the better with less avacado and pepedew peppers. NEW Crème Brûlée Bite was delish, however the size isa joke.i attached photo with it next to a tablespoon which it would fit into

When selecting a side choice, we were only given the option of an apple or add on fruit for an addition cost, no bread. Half of a grilled cheese sandwich was actually a quarter sandwich. Chicken noodle soup had three noodles, 5 bites of chicken, and two carrots. Everything was cold, as to be expected with Doordash. Not impressed and will not be ordering from here again.
