I've been sleeping on Panera (St. Louis Bread Co.) since before the pandemic. I used to love Panera but I felt the quality had gone downhill, so I haven't been there in years. I noticed they had a Ranch Parm BLT Salad so I decided to give them another try. I'm SO glad that I did. The salad is fresh, large, and delicious. My Bacon Turkey Bravo® sandwich and soup were perfect! My Broccoli Cheddar Soup wasn't runny and there were bite sized pieces of broccoli. I think Panera has gotten the message and upped their quality. Kudos! I will be returning to Panera.

They didn't send half of my order, so I got no sandwich, the bowl of chicken noodle soup was less than 1/3 soup ($10 for a cup of both), and a salad that looks like it was pre-made and left on a shelf for a few days. The quality has gone far below acceptable over the years. It's very sad, my family used to love Panera. We won't be ordering again unless the quality seriously improves.

Compare the photo of the Chicken Noodle Soup in the menu and look at what I got. ALL Carrots and Onions. NO CHICKEN and NO NOODLES. The broth tasted like rancid onions that has been sitting in a paper carton for days. Might as well called it Carrot and Onion broth because it was a far cry from Chicken Noodle Soup. Back to Chik Filet. They have awesome Chicken Noodle Soup. The Chili was borderline. Was not bad but far from being good. The whole bowl had just 3 beans. I tossed the carrot broth soup. The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup had a little chicken but good flavor and 100 times better than the other 2.

My food came hot and prepared well , the sandwich was delicious and the bowl was full of chicken overall very happy with my order from panera !

The tomato soup was phenomenal. It tastes so good and very fresh. The portion was pretty good for $8 the grilled cheese itself was mid... nothing special.. but i would order again just the tomato soup!
