This is my first time ordering and likely my last. I paid too much money for a cup of broth. I ordered a bowl. It was very small and came with a spoon, no crackers or anything. Not much in it other than the broth and a few noodles.

I love Panera. I have ordered several times in the past, but the last couple of times I have ordered their French onion soup they haven't put the croutons and cheese in the order. It's not the same without it.

Very large piece of the heart of the lettuce that was not edible in the middle of my salad! GROSS!! Also no where near enough dressing provided - so salad was dry and flavorless. Also I ordered chips and got their dry, disgusting bread with no butter! Most likely will not order again
