Panera doesn't just bake bread, Panera knows how to serve bread! Well-thought sandwich ingredients are key -- our one Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt left us both well full and the bread was crunchy and chewy in every bite.

The Ciabatta Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was so hilariously small that we actually pulled out a tape measure to come up with the most generous measurement of almost 4 1/8 inches. $2 per inch for an under-seasoned egg with barely detectable cheese and minimal bacon? Won't be buying breakfast sammies here anymore. Orange scones were yummy as usual.

I can't believe how stingy Panera is with the ingredients. You'd expect an $8 sandwich to have more than 3 strips of limp bacon. I bought 2 sandwiches that featured bacon and both were the same tasteless limp & uninspired. Even with egg it's all bread.

Salad is great! Flavors blend well together one of my favorites. However, I ordered a full and container wasn't quite full like it usually is when I go in myself to get it. And the dressing had popped open as well. And there were no utensils. Cookie was smaller than their other cookies they offer but maybe that's because it's a special one? But overall it was good.

Normally the food from Panera is delicious, fresh and well-prepared.
Not so today. Ordered the chicken asiago cheese bagel sandwich and soup combo. The bagel was burned to a crisp---flavor was totally zero.
The rustic potato soup was not as fresh tasting as usual. Very thick, not creamy. I was so disappointed by $21 lunch.
