My sandwich was burnt to a crisp and barely anything was on it. My Seasonal Cookie was crumbled and the icing was completely melted off. I normally love Panera, so this was very disappointing.

The amount of Mac n cheese provided is not enough to feed a child. It is insane for the $24 paid and need to order more food.
Lesson learned no kids meals at Panera!

I ordered and paid for 1 - Whole Toasted Italiano, . I only got a half of the Toasted Italiano. $ 35 bucks for soup and a half of a sandwich.

The chicken noodle soup had one small piece of chicken , no noodles, no vegetables!!! Also, the soup was extremely small!!!
