I will give Panera Bread no stars after the sandwich I received today. The "green" you see is supposed to be lettuce, mixed greens. Tomatoes, mozzarella, chopped Basil, I didn't even taste. The bread doesn't look like the picture represents, especially at a cost of $14!! I have paid $18 for a sandwich, and did not complain because it tasted good and was presented in an appealing manner. This "new" era of Panera will have to continue without me. After this order I feel that I was screwed out of my $$. That also goes for the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. If I'm going to pay $10, I expect more than a small, 4-6oz smoothy. I would gladly pay more, to get more. Charging more for less food. I'm done with Panera.

First, the southwest salad and rocky road frozen coffee were fine
The Fuji Apple salad stuffer was terrible. We ordered 2. The amount of salad stuffing wasn't enough for 2 let alone one. Very small amount. In addition there wasn't any apple whatsoever and only a couple tomatoes. poor value . Will not be ordering again.

The quality of this establishment seems to have plummeted in recent times. My sandwich was bland and greasy, the apple side was tiny and russeted (hard and browned skin) - this can be a sign of poor food storage. Mac and cheese was less bland, but a rather tiny portion. At the price it's all sold, I would expect better. Do not recommend.

The salads tasted great. The Fuji Apple Chicken Salad was very good. Would be nice to be able to add extra meat. The Southwest Chicken Salad was very good. Both had generous toppings
And the hazelnut frozen coffee was very good
