M Panera Bread is excellent!! This order was a bowl of delicious Bistro French Onion Soup and a scruncious Chocolate Chipper Cookie. Both were superb! Delivery was timely....soup arrived hot. The hearty soup hit the spot on a cold night. I can't wait to get other menu items......all hearty, healthly, using fresh ingredients. The food is quality!

Worst Panera I've ever had. The chicken on my sandwich was dry and rubbery. The cheese in the mac and cheese was almost entirely water. $20 meal not worth $5. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

For the most part, everything was good. My disappointment came with the macaroni bread bowls. I paid a good bit extra for a tiny thing of macaroni and cold bread to put it in. The photo was a bit deceiving. Just don't get the bread bowls. Very unfortunate for me, the only reason I ordered from here was for what I ended up not liking or eating.

We received our order and I am very disappointed with the way we received our baguettes. They were not wrapped at all just thrown in the bag. The utensils were not wrapped either. Poor packaging on Panera Bread. I feel like we wasted our money for things we would not eat or use because of the packaging. My soup was just ok. Not very impressed. Probably our last time ordering from Panera.

Hard to distinguish how to ask for a bread bowl with your soup. $9 is way too much for a bowl the size of my fist just for the soup
