I was sent a halfsize of the Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad instead of a full size (Doordash remedied the situation), but the food that arrived was delicious! We love their soups and salads. Everything was fresh. Thank you .

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE VERY SMALL CONTAINER WITH HALF RANCH MAYBE 2 DROPS OF DRESSING SALAD WAS VERY SMALL AND NOT FRESH BARELY HAD ANY MEAT THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR

The Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken was ok, looks way better in the picture. When it arrived I thought it looked more like a side salad. The NEW Black Forest Ham & Gouda Melt - Toasted Baguette was hard as a rock. I would not recommend it.

The soup I ordered was scraped from the bottom of the pot and all the liquid was gone. A congealed blob. I called and they said I had to get a refund from DoorDash. Not happy!

Nice to see better pricing and service from Panera. I gave up on because prices were too high and they always got my order wrong. I saw a commercial about lower priced options and new offers. Ordered today and it was excellent and the pricing really did improve. They only forgot the plastic silverware but got the order correct.
