panera bread was/is perfect. and will do their best to adhere to your preferences. they met mine. i must say. the blt was delish.

Worst sandwich I've EVER had!!! Ordered the tomatoe basil BLT! It had two tiny pieces of bacon, NO basil... It basically was a mayo baby green sandwich, for $18!!! I'll not order Panera again.... If I could give less than a one star, I would....

They gave me every topping that I listed I didn't want and the last time I ordered a soup it literally pour out because the bottom of the cup broke.

was still hot upon delivery. doesn't look like they fill the bowls completely, however, the taste was really good. I recommend the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl otherwise.

Lettuce is wilted. Chicken is plentiful. Baguette is small but fresh.
