Panera's salads are absolutely phenomenal. They are fresh and the dressings are so delicious. Will definitely eat here again!

Ordered a bread BOWL and received a tiny cup of soup! They forgot the croutons... AGAIN!! The bagels were so tough that my sharpest bread knife was having difficulty cutting them. I ordered a half dozen bagels and two tubs of cream cheese, no knives in bag. They sent 2 napkins for an order of: a half dozen bagels, a full size sandwich, a bread bowl, or should I say tiny cup of soup and 2 tubs of cream cheese. I get not being wasteful but 2 napkins and a spoon for that entire order!?!? They also sent a black and burnt piece of bread as the side; one of the two was baked golden brown, the other black!! Wish I could add photos to this review. I tried to call the store several times, and the answering machine would not allow the call to go through. Panera Corporate was no help!! Beware if you order from this Panera Location in Gurnee.

I love Panera bread for their very delicious bagels. however. yesterday I was disappointed for the first time. my bagels looked as if they were tossed inside the bag "Cinnamon Crunch Bagel"!! it wasn't toasted, and the muffin was Chocolate Chip Muffie smashed flat, and that was for a co-worker! I was embarrassed!! when did you guys just place bagels into a big bag without being covered(wrapped)?? it was for breakfast. were yall very busy?? the doordasher was kind of long as well, but I do understand they have more than one drop at times. this was one time I hope😞

Their soup was missing the cheese and bread on top, every time I have order from here some is wrong or miss and when you order a bowel you get the same size if you do if you order the half bowl half sandwich deal me and my wife tested this so I'm unhappy about their service
