• 4/2/25I had ordered a Mocha latte- which arrived only 2/3 full, no whipped cream, and had a yellow oily film on top. Smelled and tasted awful! Had to throw it out. Paid almost $8 for it! Their sandwiches, 1 was incorrect, received ciabatta instead of croissant, are so small and the price keeps getting higher. Panera is no longer worth the $

• 3/11/22the sandwich was tiny dry just some meat on bread no onions lettuce nothing. Never will i order from them again for $9 that is so not what I expected

• 11/13/24Everytime I order a half salad I get a large chunk of
Pale yellow lettuce and its often brown on edges. I pay a good price I should not get old stale lettuce in my salad. Salads and sandwich did have a good flavor except for-the less than fresh lettuce.
