Everything we ordered was amazing. The chicken and rice soup and the plain Mac and cheese hit the spot. We were also satisfied with their speedy service! The serving size could have been bigger, but otherwise, it was fantastic all around.

I paid over $16 for a u pick 2 and a lemon drop cookie - not including tip. The steak and white cheddar sandwich barely had any steak on it, but was full of pickled onions. For as much as Panera charges for their food, the least they could do is give customers their monies worth.

I can't believe they charged $14 for a teeny weenie salad bowl that is not only small and circumference but extra thin. you get a $14 salad any place else and it is absolutely huge.

For a Caesar Salad that costs over 10 dollars you would expect more than a half filled container of wilted lettuce, about 5 croutons and a few thin pieces of cheese. Some of the lettuce was so wilted and brown it was inedible, what's even more frustrating is I was denied a refund.

was really craving a good Bistro French Onion Soup but the flavorwas horrible, consistency was chunky no cheese an why the heck was there a whole baguette. disappointed to say the least.everything else was amazing.
