No straw for the smoothie and the bread was just thrown in the bag with no wrapping of any kind (it was a large full bag of food, too). With that lack of care, hopefully their hands were clean at least lol. Still love Panera Bread and the food was good as always!! Just make sure the staff isn't slacking on sanitary stuff ;)

Very disappointed in the NEW Toasted Italiano sandwich. Sandwich had 2 pieces of meat on it.... sandwich had more bread than any meat or toppings. total waste of money. Will stick with the soup for any future orders

First, the types of soups I wanted didnt arrive . I ordered a Bistro French Onion Soup, a Rustic Baked Potato Soup, three Broccoli Cheddar Soups, and they gave me two baked potato soups instead of my french bistro and a potato soup. Secondly, one of the broccoli cheddar soup bowls barely had soup in it. Lastly, both of the potato soups were watered down. I did receive 5 soups in total, just not the ones I wanted.

The BLT has minimal bacon and the soup is completely watered down instead of the normal thick and creamy recipe. I'm very disappointed with this order.

I've ordered a bread bowl twice from this store and both times it didn't come with the ACTUAL bread bowl? It came in just a normal container. Other reviews say the same thing which is absolutely ridiculous that it would happen that often. Basically, if this happens and you dont contact support, you end up paying $13+ for a tiny side of soup or mac and cheese.
