the Spinach & Bacon Souffle was so good! crispy and flaky while the cheese was nice a gooey. and just the right amount. The Tropical Green Smoothie is always good.

I ordered the two salad stuffers to try and the Caesar Salad Stuffer with Chicken was my hands down favorite and I will definitely order it again! It was 1000x better than the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad Stuffer which was disappointing. I love Poppyseed dressing usually and make a homemade Strawberry Poppyseed salad with chicken that I love but this had no flavor. Boo. Must be the dressing brand they are using. As far as the delivery method of a "salad inside a baguette" it is genius and I love love love it! It is perfect to get all the food groups in a neat package!
For me, they are enough for 2 meals, but I eat like a bird I am told. I also added some lemony Mediterranean dressing to my Caesar for my 2nd meal of it and it was divine! Can't fit much else because they pack it full!
I would love to buy the pre-hollowed bread to make my own. It that available?
Maybe an idea for a Panera add on option across salads would be some fun salad "healthy flavor boosters" like antioxidant flavor oils, crunch shakers, chopped veggie/fruits, nut mixes, etc. so people could mix and match their own likes/needs/tastes better?

The food was delicious, Green Passion Smoothie was nearly 8 bucks yet very small (16 oz) but it was good so it makes it a little better. the Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta was delicious and somehow still warm despite it taking an hour in total to get my order. Only complaint is that my smoothie was itty bitty baby sized.

My large latte was only about 3/4 full with some coffee in the top of the lid. I don't want to assume the driver drank some, but I wish the cover of the coffee was completely covered so I knew it wasn't tampered with. I would highly suggest Panera getting sealed coffee tops/covers like Caribou or Starbucks.
