Would have given 5 stars, but everything was a smal amount, it was very good just small portions. And yes idid order a bowl of soup and it was very good but tiny. Salad was good but also tiny

Portions are small for the price. The chicken noodle soup is lower quality than a Campbellls soup but way overpriced. The Caesar salad size was a joke. My son enjoyed his Ciabatta Cheesesteak though, it was tasty. The portion was small even though we purchased a whole sandwich and paíd $15 for it. Panera is not what it used to be.

The delivery person, Danielle, was great. But the Steak and Cheese and pickled onion sandwich was not. Not much meat and melted cheese spread unevenly on the roll. Poorly put-together sandwich for $17+.

My bread bowl for my soup was rock hard. There are no words for my Husband's grilled cheese. Hard as a rock & burnt beyond belief. On the inside, there is no cheese. Why? it was so burnt that it looked like it became part of the burnt bread. My Steak & Cheese fell apart from the amount of grease. Something needs to be done for us immediately, especially with your criminally expensive prices. So, with that all being said, I'm hoping that you can please do as much as you can for us. We're both sick with MS & when we eat it's usually through delivery. Thanks for the very disappointing & also horrendous dinner.
