The Oconomowoc, WI Location is fairly new but one of the best in Wisconsin. The staff greeted me and were welcoming. They help me put my order together on Kiosk and when I received my order is was done perfectly. Food was fresh, taste was great, portion sizes were balanced. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

I ordered a Tomato Basil BLT and a Bistro French Onion Soup. My BLT barely had anything in it. It only had a very thin sliced tomato, one strip of bacon, and a couple pieces of lettuce. The sandwich was just bread basically and a bit greasy. I wouldn't order again sadly.

The NEW Wake-Up BLT Asiago Everything Bagel Stack was really disappointing. I used to love Panera breakfast sandwiches but I haven't had one in at least 2 years. The quality has really gone down. The bagel was burnt. The arugula was brown and wilty, even the parts that weren't touched by the sauce on the sandwich. I took all the arugula off out of concern I'd get sick if I ate it. The bacon was sliced so thin that you could barely see it on the sandwich and definitely could not taste it.
The Chocolate Croissant was better but still not great. It was chewy, which a croissant should not be.
Overall just disappointing. Will plan to go down the road to brueggers bagels in the future.

Coffee wasn't even half full and I paid for a 20 oz. I want a refund . Also Asiago cheese bagel had literally no cheese on it. Not worth how expensive it was

This is the 2nd order in which they are out of product but provide zero remediation to credit the missing product. Zero notification as to why the product wasn't included in the order, rather it's as though we are lucky to receive what was delivered. The receipt was accurate but the order was incorrect. If I was management, I would triple check DoorDash orders with the premium cost customers are paying as well as proactively communicating with the customer. The only consistency is with their terrible service.
