The Asiago Sausage & Egg Sandwich and NEW Ciabatta Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich arrived so fresh and warm and is delicious!! The Iced Chai Tea Latte was so good as well, my only wish is that you could add vanilla flavor to it but overall I highly recommend Panera!!

I kept trying to give Panera the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe it was just an off day, but this visit was honestly disappointing.
We ordered two soup and sandwich combos and the quality just kept getting worse with each item. My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund.

Do not buy a Strawberry Banana Smoothie or any other kind of smoothie here! False advertising. Based on the price and picture you assume it will be at least a 16oz cup. It even says 16oz on the receipt, but the cup was, at most, 12oz. I double checked to make sure I didn't order a child size on accident.
The sandwich was much bigger and better than I was expecting. Pastries were good too.

The portions are ridiculously small. The sandwich in picture had tiny slice of avocado and strip of bacon on tiny half of sandwich. Bread measures 3" across. Hard to accept it costs 9.00. And 9.00 for tiny cup of Mac n cheese. Food tastes good. It's just so expensive for tiny portion.

Holy COW! first time trying Panera Bread and I was VERY satisfied. I ordered the Sandwich and Soup/Mac, chicken sandwich and chicken with wild rice soup. the Ciabatta sandwich was *transcendent*. maybe I was hungrier than I thought but I was torn between devouring and savoring each bite. the soup was hearty and tasty, filing and not at all greasy! I will DEFINITELY order again.
