I called ahead to the Central Ave Panera because when you order through Door Dash you can't make customizations to your sandwich. The girl on the phone said she'd look for my name in the Door Dash order and she left off the Panera special sauce and gave me mayo on the side. Then all the workers signed a little note hoping I enjoyed my Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich which I did because they made it exactly like I asked. I called them to thank them for the excellent service and told them how sweet it was for them to hope I enjoyed my meal.
I also ordered the Almond pastry for breakfast today which is always delicious.
I ordered the NEW Dubai style chocolate pistachio cookies in a four pack - boxed up. It's cheaper to order them that way than buying just one. They are very good, but could have a bit more filling.

The Cinnamon Crunch Bagel was absolutely not what it used to be. Tasted burnt on the outside. Barely any crunch on the top and the flavor barely tasted like anything. The soup had very little chicken and tasted canned and didn't have the homemade flavor it used to. I would say Panera has gone way downhill for the price. I can get better food from a cafeteria.

I usually am happy with Panera.
However, this is the first time I've ordered thru Door Dash.
Panera won't take special requests. I don't really like the Panera sauce on the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and prefer mayo, but Panera doesn't take "special requests". I could have them take off the tomatoes and lettuce which I don't like, but couldn't "add mayo". I didn't want a dry sandwich so I kept the Panera sauce and am sucking it up.😔.
Other than that the sandwich is good and I got the pickle and chips.
I ordered the new Dubai Style Chocolate cookie. What a rip off! it is tiny compared to the other cookies they sell. so disappointed ☹️.
The picture is of the cookie and an almond pastry which is about the size of a regular large cookie from Panera.
And as you can see the pistachio filling in the cookie is just in the very middle not all the way to the edges. very disappointed again.

Not usually one to leave reviews, but the food was delivered timely and was still hot, and one of the employees was kind enough to draw a smiley face on my order with "Good morning" written on the bottom of the receipt. Made my day. :)

I ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich, the bread was not grilled all the way. It was lightly toasted on one side and raw on the other side. The cheese was melted so that was good. I wont order again to expensive to get and not be cooked properly. The cookies were delicious though!
