Paid almost $3 extra for a side fruit salad to my meal and it was barely half filled. a small container filled with a few pieces of cantaloupe and honey dew. Definitely should be no up charge for that quantity and quality.

This was my first time ordering and I'm very disappointed. The salad was old and wilted. Barely any dressing in the cup for the size of the salad could have given 2 cups vs having to ask for extra. The sandwich was ok. I see you have to be specific when ordering. Very disappointed lunch.

Ordered a loaf of tomato basil bread and did not receive it ($10 btw) - the soup is also supposed to come with bread (French baguette) also did not receive the bread. This isn't the first time this has happened either. When you order and pay $65 for your dinner - and it does not come the way it's advertised, it's definitely disappointing.

Soup/Mac and Salad chicken noodlesoup was great as usual, but the salad didn't look fresh. It was brown in areas with very little green which is the nutritional part, and not crisp at all. It's a shame because that is why I choose food from them for their freshness as you would homemade.
