Chicken Caesar Pocket came in what seemed like days old bread.  It all crumbled to bits when I bit into it.  
Chicken Parmigiana had very little sauce.

The Rustic Italian Pizza  Sausage Ricotta Pizza came super hot but not so hot that the cheese was runny. It was just the right temperature to eat. The pizza was in perfect shape and not jostled in its container. This was overall a great experience and I would order delivery again when I don't feel like going for pickup.

Entire meal was great, but steak and cheese was completely burnt!! Charred and inedible, completely black on inside of sandwich!

I order from here frequently usually I am fine with it today the Cheese Breadsticks were so salty they were not edible.

Third time at different Papa Gino's locations that I ordered an X Large cheese pizza and Dasher was handed a large. I called and spoke to staff at Papa Gino's and they said they hand the pizza to Dasher but since they have no way of knowing what pizza was given to me they said I would need to DRIVE to their location with the wrong pizza and have them remake it to be the X Large.
