I usually order from Papa Johns online and honestly the pizzas always arrive fresh, hot, and full of flavor 🍕 The crust has a really good texture, the toppings are generous, and everything tastes fresh every time we order. I also like how consistent the quality is, especially with delivery. The packaging keeps the pizzas warm and in good condition, and the portions are great for sharing with family. Definitely one of our favorite pizza places for delivery nights.

Ordered a heart shaped pizza for valentines day over the phone and wasnt informed it was thin crust. Spent 60$ on two large pizzas and they are truly the worst pizzas we have ever had. Thin is an understatement, these were paper thin and burnt, bordeline not edible. When we called to nicely voice our concern they tried to charge us for more pizza and did nothing to resolve the situation. So many more local better pizza places to support so don't order this terrible pizza and support a business who doesn't care about their customers.

everything was really good HOWEVER the pizza (10") managed to be both overcooked AND undercooked. Toppings only covered about 2/3's of the crust. The crust was dry and over cooked and the center dough was borderline undercooked. This was a 3 toppings pizza (+cheese) So it wasn't overloaded with toppings affecting the cook. Over all, flavor was delicious just disappointed with the main event.
