Took longer than the estimated time to pickup. Both NY Style Crispy Cuppy 'Roni Pizza and Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza were edible, but were undercooked, floppy, and not crispy at all. Peppers tasted off to me. Overall, not a great food experience with this order.

you know what an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza shwould have on it? that's right. fudging pepperoni!mine did not.it was also bland, undercooked and really terrible. the Cheesy Garlic Bread was both over and undercoocked. I dont know who they hired to work ther lately, but they havereally gone down hil. shame on you papa johns. shaaaaame!

ordered pizza well done; it was soggy in the middle. Papa John's got a gold star when they dumped Schnatter; tonight they lost it.
