This is the second time I've ordered from this location and they messed up my order both times, it isn't even that intricate of an order. The first time I ordered I had chose a PARMESAN CRUSTED papadia and got a regular papadia. I called the store to talk to a manager but to no avail I had ordered off of doordash so I had to contact doordash, I understood that.The second time was this order and yet again I tried to order a PARMESAN CRUSTED papadia and they gave me a barely crusted papadia and the one half looks like half of what it should be. I will not be contacting doordash for them to pay for another mistake that is clearly the location and Management's fault. I have been to many other Papa John's and I loved them. I will not order from this location ever again!

the Pepperoni Pizza was supposed to be buy one get one free and they only sent ONE lg Pepperoni Pizza with our order. This wasso frusterating de to the company I had over and the amount I needed. The regular Unsauced Boneless Wings were dry and some were NOT even the size of a nickle. I would have called it a 6peice instead of 10. The Garlic Parmesan Breadstickswerw not even that garicy at all. Very little buttr and tasted like bread more then anything. Overall, this was not worth the price and it will bea LONGTIME before returning if we do. PS.. you shouldhave made suresome of the items had more freshness then whatit did. ugh....

The Garlic Knots had way too much sauce on them and it was leaking all over the box. And why are there drinks listed on the site that aren't actually in the store?
