Very good food, followed instructions! It's got bacon pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese !

This is the first time we have had so many issues with Papa John's Pizza. Usually, things go great with Papa John's.
The delivery driver, left the food on top of the lidded container, that we left out, on the porch, labeled for delivery items. It was raining.....
The xl pizza was NY style thick, not XL style, thin crust. There were, several, missing toppings, after we paid quite a bit for the toppings.
The large, steak and cheese pizza had allot of ranch. So much ranch, we couldn't taste the toppings. Just the ranch sauce, that was dripping off.
The garlic knots, were overcooked, dark brown and dry. We tossed them out, before sitting down to eat.

This location is so hit or miss. This was definitely a miss. Crust undercooked, cheese melted but so thick it's rubbery. Disgusting

Do the pizzas not come with the garlic sauce anymore?? I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise the Garden Fresh Pizza was really well made. I'm just confused as to why I didn't get sauce. Was it because I ordered a small versus a large?

Food was hot when delivered and excellent. Garden Fresh Pizza and BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza were fantastic. Will order papa johns again
