Pizza arrived burnt. Called to complain that they released burnt pizza to the dasher driver and they said they could do nothing since I used a third party and ordered through DoorDash.

Pizza crust was so tough it couldn't be cut. Had to tear it up to eat it. Store apparently couldn't cut it either as it wasn't cut when it got here.

Dasher said Papa Johns could not get the order right, had to remake it a couple times, forcing the Dasher to sit there longer. we received the pizzas, and did not get what we ordered even still. We ate the pizza anyway, as the family was hungry. The pizza was not bad, but was not what we ordered. One was supposed to be XXL NY style pepperoni, the other an XXL well done the meats. I received 2 XXL non well done incomplete meats, one had onions on it.
