Wait time was incredibly wrong- which is understandable with busy hours but the est. wait time was inaccurate
The Works Pizza was made poorly - crust was way too thick (almost 2 inches on some parts) and the middle of the was too thin
Too many toppings were on the pizza which lead to it being undercooked by the oven- was really doughy especially in the overly thick crust - and the thin undercooked middle left no support making every slice just a sloppy mess - not even a new York style fold could save a slice from falling apart.

I ordered the work pizza and they delivered and barely baked veggie pizza with a couple pieces of ham and no sauce.

Pepperoni pizza had wayyy too much cheese on it. And was way undercooked. I lifted the pizza up and and it pretty much flopped and melted itwas so doughy
