I ordered the same exact thing as the last time plus two extra sauces. The last time we got two pizzas instead of one. So this time we ended up paying a ridiculous amount for one smallish medium pizza. Also both times I ordered ranch and both times we did not receive it. Pics below.

Customer service is always top-tier, and I appreciate that. The manager explained everything and offered to remake my order and deliver on Thanksgiving . Which was above and beyond! My concern is the quality and the way Papa John’s prepares pizzas with extra cheese. Placing the pepperoni underneath the cheese affects the texture of both the cheese and the dough. Customers should be informed of this or given an option, because while some may prefer it, others—like myself—do not. Clear communication on preparation would be very helpful.

The pizza was slightly undercooked, you could still see the uncooked dough in the middle. There were hardly any toppings, and they were all clumped together. There were even parts where the cheese or sauce wasn't spread to. Only gave it 2 stars because the brownie was good.

The Meats Pizza not cooked as requested and crust was flat not very tasty, Hot Lemon Pepper Wings were really small and taste the same as all the other flavors, sent the wrong drink STARY was sent in place of Pepsi Wild Cherry not what was ordered, Green Chile Cheesesticks over rated not worth the purchase. This resturaunt is in serious decline.
