Papa John's is my favorite pizza place. But this time at this store everything is off, especially the crust, dry and hard. The cheese was almost solidified too.

I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and it was so good evrytbing was still hot when it got to my place and the bread were so soft and good

This is not "well done" it is burned. The pizza is inedible, a waste of money.
