From the pizza being undercooked and doughy ( second time I've ordered from this location and had the same issue, was hoping it was just a one off) to the SAUCE... what has happened to the sauce?? rumors say Papa John's switched from canned to bagged?? a noticeable change that's made the pizza thin and flavorless - it's either that or maybe a change in the recipe altogether. In either case I'm disappointed and won't being ordering again.

The pizza was gross and burned all throughout. Not just the edges, the entire bottom. Somehow despite it being burned it was greasy. Tried to file a complaint and got a 5$ credit. I paid 25$ for this ruined pizza.

I ordered a medium pizza and when I received my pizza it was smaller than a Scooby snack, For $27.14 I should have ordered from Pizza Hut! then it was cold I will never ever order from you all ever again and I want my money back because I received a small when I ordered a medium

Pizzas are much smaller than I expected..especially for the price that I paid..$40 for 2 personal pans described as 10"..that shrunk to 7" pizzas..I am not happy..ordered for me and 2 other associates..which is not enough..so now I have to order more food after spending $40 for nothing.
