Food quality is all over the map at this store. Sometimes we get good food, but half the time the pizza is so bad we can't even eat it and we just have to throw it away. Staff are consistently rude and slow at this Papa John's. When you go inside to pick up a pizza, they are irritated that another customer has shown up. They do not greet you, and seem to hate their jobs. I have never heard anyone say hello or welcome or thank you to me or anyone else in all the time I have ordered from this location. If you want to be scowled at by slouching staff who make you sloppy pizza, this is the place for you. Garlic knots are the best bet, hard to mess up so they are almost always good and sometimes great. DoorDash is a bad bet here because for an mis-made, inedible $18 pizza that goes right into the garbage, all you can get is a $5 refund, and that takes a week.

The Cinnamon Pull Aparts were great. They remembered the extra sauces this time. The pizza tasted ok but it looked like it was thrown together and the toppings were way too far from the edge of the crust. Not cool. It was like I was shorted a whole piece of pizza because of all the crust.

The pizza this time was not made right, was soaked in sauce and the dough still too raw, not cooked long enough.

I always ask for well done, & extra cheese but
Lately 1 out of 5 comes as ordered.. There doesn't seem to be much difference between
Light sauce or Regular. I'm disappointed.. I
might have to go back to my old pizza place.
