Horrible pizza was burnt on bottom and not cooked in middle, 6 large holes of no cheese on pizza!

To much sauce, all of the toppings fell off the pizza when I picked it up to eat, and also under cooked.

I have ordered from this particular store several times with no problem.However this time the pizza was burned on the bottom There were no napkins as requested and the lily person dropped the pizza on the door in front of my hotel room and did not hand it to me.
