Requested well done on the stuffed crust pizza. Pizza received was way undercooked and tasted like eating bread dough that was underdone. Toppings were pretty good and just scraped them off and ate them separately. Disappointed.

This was possibly the best Papa John's pizza I have had in years! Definitely an improvement over the last few I had. Great job. Super hot, very fresh!

The pizza looked stale like it was overcooked or sat to long, the flavor was mid, this was my first time trying Papa John's in a while. And it was a disappointment to say the least.
