The Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks I ordered was just dough with NO garlic and NO Parmesan. And for over $8 for just sticks of dough baked????? Horrible. Really unfortunate.

Pizza was cut poorly, terrible distribution of ingredients with one of my slices being half crust.... there was way too much cheese, and to top it off, i asked for well-done and they made it less cooked than their traditional haha! Used to be a huge fan of papa johns but they lost a valuable customer tonight.

Worst made pizza I've ever purchased. Bottom of pizza was missing entire sections of crust and there was barely any cheese or sauce. Ordered a 14" pizza and it was MAYBE 10-12". Very disappointed.

my pizza is usually hot and cut.. the pizza was lacking cheese and was tasting tomato sauce on a few slices with no cheese, wasn't cut, and was luke warm. any other time I can't complain.
