I don't know if it happened at the store or during delivery but it was apparent that all of our pizzas were upside down in the box at one time because toppings and cheese stuck to the lid. We still ate it and it tasted good, but wanted to put it out there so it doesn't happen again. We've never had this issue before so I'm not against ordering again, but couldn't not point it out.

Pretty sure this is the worst papa Johns that we have had. Crust was dry and horrible. Everything was cold. Very little cheese. Overall, not good

Slightly undercooked but also there was no tamper proof seal and that always makes me paranoid.

Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks were over baked
So were Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites
