POOR QUALITY of FOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUANTITY. We Received our order from Door Dash for $75.00 of food that's was worth $0.00...The deep fried ribs must have been from previous week or weekend because the three ribs we did receive were completely dried out, refried in old burnt grease and therefore inedible. We never received our brisket sandwich but was charged $8.16 . The French fries were at least several days old with smell of burnt grease and to hard and rubbery to even chew. I tried to call several times and they have a bot phone for customer service so you will never speak to a human/manager or staff.

I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza ( extra mushrooms), did not look like there were any mushrooms on the whole pizza. Once we went to eat it it was confirmed there were not a lot of mushrooms on the pizza when we went to eat it. The top of the pizza looked like it was overcooked. The pizza was overcooked (the one with mushrooms). Pizza was not good. It was also not hot because there was one dasher that dropped my pickup and the next one was about 20 minutes away. Delivery started to be 2:40 & did not receive until around 3:15.

The garden fresh pizza was not fully cooked. It was doughy. You could tell by both appearance and taste so we had to put it in the oven once it arrived in order to cook it.
