Man, the crust just isn't the same. The crust on my Create Your Own Pizza was so thin and flat; Papa Johns used to have the best pillowy crust on their pizzas. The closest you may get is with their Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks or their regular breadsticks. Also, the Canadian Bacon topping on my Create Your Own Pizza tasted a little off, like, overly ham-mie.

I ask for well done so the bottom dough was not gooey like I have received in the past but it was a bit to over done and not very good. the crust and half of each pizza slice was burnt

I said normal cut and they just didn't cut it at all. It's a whole Pepperoni Pizza. It's still good and the right size, but it's not cut at all, despite asking for it to be cut.

My pizza was supposed to be a stuffed crust, it was not! All the chicken was just a pilein the center of the pizza.
My cheesesticks weren't all covered in cheese. About a quarter of the round was just plain crust.
