I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the pizza arrived! The pizza was delicious and full of cheese! The Bacon Cheesesticks must have a secret ingredient because they are out of this world. Order now! Can't miss!

Neither the The Works Pizza or the Tuscan Six Cheese Pizza, could be picked up. They were soupy and heavy. The Tuscan Six Cheese Pizza, looked like a regular cheese and tasted the same. it was good, but not great, and we had to knife and fork it.

Ordered 4 pizzas and all 4 were the wrong crust type and very overcooked - almost burnt. We love papa John's but this was not a good order.

The pizza was over-cooked, tasteless,and cold. Aside from being flavorless, this pizza tasted like it had been cooked three days ago, left out to dry out, then re-heated in a microwave. There was nothing about this pie that said 'fresh'.Then, to top it off, there was a huge Jalapeño in the box, touching my pizza! I HATE JALAPEÑOS! HINTS: unless the customer requests a hot pepper in their pizza box, DON'T ADD ONE.
ALSO, melted cheese on a pizza shouldn't be covered in brown (burnt) spots.
