Papa's NEVER fails to serve the BEST!
Tender grilled steak...with fresh veggies, and plenty of it! I can always get two nice servings out of every meal, every time.
"PAPA'S AND BEER" is my "Go-to" for Mexican in Waynesville...SOLID! 😉

• 1/15/25I'm floored that I paid almost $5 a piece for a very small container Cheese dip AND Guacamole! I have paid $1.50 other places for that small amount. Also, did not include the size Cesar salad that I chose

• 10/24/24Quite possibly the worst nachos I've ever had. All the toppings were in the bottom of the container. Chips were on top. One small blob of melted cheese and a tiny portion of guacamole (which was also bad). This is the most inconsistent restaurant. When they get it right, food is amazing. Unfortunately tonight was not one of those nights

• 9/4/22The pollo loco was absolutely fantastic. It was juicy and flavorful and more than enough food for one person. The Mexico City tacos were on point. Only suggestion I would have would be to wrap each one individually instead of all 3 in one thing of aluminum because the juiciness of them makes them fall apart when you pick them up, but so full of flavor and fresh!

• 3/31/25Where to start, The Mr. Papa's appetizer was a nice variety of protein filled tasty treats. The bacon jalapeno shrimp was nicely cooked and large in size. The Chile Rojo Burrito was Awesome. Steak had a nice char to it and Rojo sauce was robust and complemented it perfectly. The 9. Enchilada, Chile Relleno & Crispy Taco Relleno was a star as well. Nice sauce to cheese with a nice crunch to poblano pepper. They also serve a yummy bean dip with chips that was a nice surprise. Overall very happy with our choices and the preparation of all items. Can't wait to dine in next time.
