Papi is one of the very few places in NY that actually make carbonara correctly (as done in Italy)--not only correctly, but absolutely delicious!

I'm disappointed. Most of the time I love the Carbonara from Papi but this time it was not at all made correctly. There was almost no guanciale... the amount in the entire dish could have fit in a level teaspoon. The black pepper was sprinkled on lightly after the dish was packed--not mixed when it was prepared. I also selected spaghetti and received fettuccine.

The food always comes perfect! This is the only place I've found that makes carbonara like it's done in Italy.

The gnocchi were fresh, bolognese full of flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were full, not greasy, and delicious!

Very tasty but the ravioli were very small for the price.
