It seemed as though there were at least 100 crawfish in my crawfish étouffée. Consistently delicious and mouthwatering . I regret that I ate it before I took a picture .￼

The PKS "Louisiana" Andouille Sausage & Seafood Gumbo is more than likely the best gumbo in Houston. I would challenge any other restaurant that their gumbo is not as good as the one at PKS. That Knife & Fork Seafood Cobb salad is so fresh and the vegetables are so plentiful and the portion is outrageous. But it's not all roses . Are we still having those serious supply chain issues that we had back in 2020? There are many factors that drive upthe cost of food however what's gonna drive up my income? It would be nice to compare menus from March 2022 September 2025.￼

The change in bread. The portions. The great value. The food was so fresh that I didn't feel guilty about not cooking. I have been enjoying Pappadeaux for at least 35 years. And I will continue to do so. I was full after eating just 1/3rd of the "Louisiana" Andouille Sausage & Seafood Gumbo. Didn't even start on the Crawfish Combination.

I love this dish, I've had it multiple times and this is just pathetic. It's half empty and half of it is just spinach. I would NOT order again and chance wasting $30 on this. Price went up, portion went down.

I'm in serious distress. There is no way I can eat it. Cajun combo with grits in three settings. The portion is huge, but the food is fresh. The gumbo will always be on my order and I will alwaysW Pappadeaux again
