I ordered the Crawfish Platter and I ADDED Sautéed Spinach on the side , I did NOT Substitute. Called the merchant to explain they did NOT put the rice and I was told by the manager they could not do anything about it I had to contact door dash. Clearly the rice should have been with the étouffée so it's NOT Door Dash Fault . Spent $46.75 for incorrect order and inconvenience. Door Dash did there job , Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen DID NOT !

I was very disappointed with the shrimp and crawfish fondue. The dish arrived looking clumpy and unappetizing, and it didn’t appear fresh at all. The presentation alone made it seem as though it had already been eaten from, which was extremely off putting.
