first order was great. So good we ordered the next night again. second order didn't have 1/4 of what first order was. no cheese, no beef, NO DOUBLE UP. so I paid over $50 for 3 sammies. outrageous. no consistency and absolutely not worth that amount of money. so disappointed And ripped off. you could have had some loyal and appreciative customers. the difference between the orders is pathetic. I'm going to call when I calm down and see how accountable the manager is. not filling the DOUBLE UP is a huge fail. I was expecting the 6 sammies I ordered not 3 hoagies with a few tablespoons of cheese And a few tablespoons of beef. where is your quality control??

The ghost kitchens always get me, RubyTuesday. Way to expensive for quality, pretty sure there was more "cheese sauce" on the outside than the inside of the Cheesesteak .. Should've made my own at home. Super sad soggy looking fries and an oily Brownie that only had chocolate chips on the top.

I've ordered sandwiches on 3 different occasions. they have the "double it up ": option, which I chose on every occasion. not once had they followed through with it. I've even left it as a reminder when I ordered it under special instructions, and they still didn't get it right. great food, but I still feel ripped off and didn't get what they offered or what I paid for.
