They threw my sandwich on top of my fries instead of wrapping it separately the bread was stale the fries was old the food was terrible

The fries tasted like they're freezer burnt. The steak was a poor quality. I understand that it's a ghost kitchen, but even with that being said, I still wouldn't waste money on this again.

My 1st time trying this restaurant and I can honestly say the food wasn't bad! I enjoyed the Cheesesteak hoagie, it was a bit greasy but delicious! I absolutely love how it was packaged which help maintain the temperature! However, The Loaded Cheesesteak Fries was just OK! It wasn't what I expected at all. The fries was loaded with steak but only had sliced cheese and not the cheeses sauce that was mentioned! Without it to me made the fries dry! The fries was also really greasy (probably from the steak) so some was dry and soggy at the same time! I didn't really enjoy the fries as much! Also I even paid for extras sauces for my fries and Cheesesteak however didn't get them! Bottom one not to bad given the a try :-)
