Nothing like the picture. Made like a sandwich not on a hoagie bun. Tasted decent.

I hate to pile on, but the food just simply not good. My loaded fries barely had any cheese nor fries in them. For 16 bucks I expected better. The Chipotle cheesesteak did not taste like it had any seasoning. The beef was dry and tough. For as expensive as it was, I was expecting better quality. I will not order for them again.

Items were not at all as described. Sandwiches had very little filling and were soggy. The bread was stale as well. They items looked nothing like the picture. The fries were also soggy. The sandwich's were also lacking sauce. The price was way too high for the quality of food we received. We also asked for double fries and had maybe got a small fry.

Probably the most disappointing meal we've ever ordered. We are not fussy people but this was BAD and expensive. First off, our order was wrong. We ordered 2 different sandwiches and got 2 of the same. Disappointing because one was specifically not supposed to have onion. The chicken was big chunks of dry chicken breast meat. The buns were fine. The fries were terrible, barely cooked. Soggy and pale. Totally unseasoned. Bad meal Any fast food would have been better.

My brother and I ordered this today because it wa one of the only places open on Christmas. For the price our portions were tiny. I got the cheesesteak fries and the fries themselves were bland and had no flavor and it was just cheesesteak with a slice of cheese. The picture advertised it as looking melty and cheesy, it was not at all. My brother got the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak, first the cheese all stuck to the paper and was also a slice of cheese not a sauce as the pictures made it seem. He said he didn't taste any ranch and that the sandwich was dry and bland. They also forgot his fries and both out Pepsis were flat. For the price this was a terrible experience. I don't normally write reviews but I can't believe what we got!
